What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a state of mind that helps the body and mind relax deeply. You might feel more relaxed and more focused.
We work together to help the conscious mind work with the subconscious mind, and I give you suggestions that help you to achieve your personal goals. When people are hypnotized they respond more to suggestions.
Hypnosis helps to change negative thoughts patterns, habits that are not in your best interest, enhance your learning and concentration for many aspects of your life, and it transforms your approach to many issues that we all experience.
You will learn how your mind works and why you do things that you do. You will gain an inner strength from the deep relaxation and healing imagery that I will facilitate for you.
